Job Description
- Responsible for handling the customer’s inquiry and coordination with the Sales team.
- Understanding the project details to be able to provide clear explanations to the clients.
- Follow-up with customers.
- Client Relationship Management, handling calls, collecting, and updating the database.
- Preparing dashboards, and updating all necessary systems, trackers, and customer history details for seamless management always.
- Enhance the quality of customer interactions, making quality calls/communication to the clients.
- Must be Graduate/ Candidate should have very good communication in English, Kannada, and Hindi
