Project Head – Real Estate (Construction)

Job Summary
The Project Head will lead end-to-end execution of residential / commercial real estate projects at Sarjapur. The role is responsible for planning, cost, quality, safety, timelines, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Overall project planning, execution, and timely delivery.
• Control project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and statutory approvals.
• Monitor construction progress and resolve site issues.
• Lead project, engineering, QA/QC, safety, and site teams.
• Track project milestones and prepare management MIS.
• Manage contract negotiations, BOQs, billing, and variations.
• Ensure compliance with RERA, local authorities, and safety norms.
• Handover completed projects to CRM & facility teams.
Qualifications & Skills
• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (MBA/PG in Project Management preferred).
• 12–20 years of experience in real estate / construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project execution, contracts, budgeting, and approvals.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
