Job Title: Marketing Head
Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts in the real estate sector. This role is pivotal in crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies that align with the company’s vision and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the real estate industry, a strategic mindset, and a proven ability to enhance brand visibility, customer acquisition, and sales. As a key leader, you will oversee a talented marketing team and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency and impactful communication.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve company goals.
• Identify target markets, customer segments, and effective strategies to engage them.
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to refine long-term marketing
plans.

2. Brand Management:
• Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all channels.
• Build and maintain a strong, positive brand presence in the real estate market.
• Oversee the creation of creative assets for campaigns, advertisements, and property listings.
3. Digital Marketing:
• Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media.
• Manage website content and optimization to drive lead generation and user
engagement.
• Monitor digital ad spend and ROI to ensure cost-effective campaigns.

4. Sales Support:
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling sales collateral and
promotional materials.
• Design and implement lead generation strategies, ensuring effective lead nurturing and conversion.
5. Campaign Management:
• Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns for property launches, events, and promotions.
• Analyze market trends and customer preferences to adapt strategies for maximum impact.

6. Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team.
• Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
• Oversee recruitment and training of new team members as needed.

7. Budgets and Analytics:
• Manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximize ROI.
• Track and analyse marketing KPIs to measure campaign success and inform future strategies.

8. Public Relations & Partnerships:
• Build and maintain relationships with media, industry influencers, and strategic
partners.
• Manage PR initiatives, including press releases and media outreach, to enhance
brand visibility.

Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

Experience:
• 7-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role,
preferably in real estate or a related industry.
• Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.

Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Expertise in digital marketing and real estate-specific marketing techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, social media platforms).
• Data-driven decision-making skills to optimize marketing strategies.
Preferred Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Strong creative vision and branding expertise.
• Experience managing both traditional and digital marketing channels.
