About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive cum Recruiter. Candidates from a real estate background will have an added advantage. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment along with supporting key HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:-
-Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
– Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
– Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
– Schedule and conduct initial HR interviews.
– Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
– Assist in onboarding and employee documentation.
– Support HR operations such as attendance, employee engagement, and HR records.
– Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal teams.
Eligibility Criteria:-
– Experience: 2–3 years in HR recruitment.
– Real estate background will be an added advantage.
– Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Skills Required: –
– Good knowledge of MS Excel (data handling, reports, trackers, basic formulas).
– Strong sourcing and screening skills.
– Good coordination and organizational ability.
– Attention to detail and data accuracy.
Preferred Candidates:-
– Candidates currently based in Bangalore will be given preference.
– Outstation candidates are not being considered for this role.
