Assistant Safety Manager Construction
Location: Bangalore (Sarjapur)

Job Summary
The Assistant Safety Manager supports overall safety operations at construction sites for real estate projects. You’ll work closely with the Safety Manager to enforce safety standards, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, and foster a culture of zero-harm on site.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement and enforce site safety policies, procedures, and HSE plans.
• Conduct regular inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identifications.
• Monitor safety practices and ensure mandatory use of PPE.
• Coordinate safety briefings, inductions, and toolbox talks.
• Assist in incident investigation and prepare detailed reports.
• Track corrective actions and ensure closure of non-conformances.
• Maintain safety records, permits, registers, and compliance documentation.
• Support emergency drills and periodic safety audits.
• Liaise with contractors, engineers, and project teams to improve safety.
Qualifications
• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering, Safety, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Indian construction safety standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in safety documentation and reporting tools.
