Job description:
Required good communication, Our office is located at Bangalore Mahadevapura. we need a candidate who are ready to travel
- Responsible for handling the customers inquiry and coordination with Sales team.
- Understanding the project details to be able to provide clear explanations to the clients
- Follow-up with customers.
- Client Relationship Management, Handling calls, collecting and updating the database.
- Preparing dashboards, updating all necessary systems, trackers and customer history details for seamless management at all time.
- Enhance the quality of customer interactions, making quality calls / communication to the clients.
- Handling and following customers by marketing through various platforms.
- Executing the bookings as per the company guidelines.
- Assisting the customers with details of project and walk through.
- Maintaining relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance, during the period from pre-booking to post-registration.
- Reporting to higher hierarchy and updating sales status.
- Assisting the client by supporting legal and bank documents.
- Handling client queries and doing the needful.
- Handling digital marketing through social media and co-ordinate with various online marketing portals, for better efficiency.
