Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Surveyor. The Surveyor will be responsible for conducting land surveys, preparing maps and reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Additionally, the Surveyor will oversee construction and ensure that all measurements are accurate.

Roles and Responsibility
Proficient experience in operating total stations is essential.
Capable of interpreting various GFC AUTO-CADD drawings, including Architectural, Structural, Layout plots, Roads, drains, and Compound walls.
Competent in generating coordinates for site markings and accurately marking diverse buildings and structures.
Skilled in determining land areas for residential Villa Development, Apartments, and RowHomes (Mivan Construction)
Precision-oriented, ensuring all markings align seamlessly with GFC drawings.
